STM32F413/423
ST has introduced a new member of the STM32 mcu family, the STM32F413. It is the highest member of the STM32F4 Access Line sub-family. The STM32F4xx family, based on ARM Cortex-M4 core processor, represents the upper-middle class within the STM32 mcus. It features clock frequencies of 100MHz to 200MHz, 0.5 to 2MB of FLASH and up to hundreds of kB of RAM memories, plus a generous portion of peripherals. But even this family has been split up into three classes. The lowest of them, Access Line, aims to replace the oldest STM32F1xx family. |
