What we can find on CubieBoard 6?
The processor is Actions Semi S500 (quad-core ARM Cortex A9) with GPU Imagination PowerVR SGX544. It is contains USB 3.0 interface which is used for SATA interface.
Cubieboard contains 2 GB LPDDR3 RAM.

There are a lot of devices which we can use for NAS server e.g. Raspberry Pi (through USB), or Cubieboard (through SATA) and also Banana Pi R2 (through SATA).
GnuBee Personal Cloud 1 (GB-PC1) is better for this application. Up to 6 2.5" HDDs (SATA) can be connected to GnuBee.
