Raspberry Pi Foundation released a new version of RaspberryPi single-board computers - RaspberryPi 3B+.
There is a few improvements.
The price is the same like previous version RaspberryPi 3B, 35 USD.

Soon will be available POE HAT which will be connected to Raspberry Pi and the maximum input voltage will be up to 48V and the HAT generates 5V for RPi 3B+.
UPDATE:
Farnell, distributor of electronics components, released an offer for PoE HAT which is used for power of Raspberry Pi 3B+ through ethernet cable.
The price will be almost 15 GBP (21 USD) (excluding VAT), now isn't on the stock (19th May 2018).
The input voltage is from 36V up to 56V, output voltage is 5V and the current is up to 2.5A. The HAT contains fan regulator. The HAT is compliant with Ethernet 802.3af, Class 2.
